Who is responsible

Aitterrami Consulting Services – FZCO, IFZA Business Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is responsible for the personal data collected through this site. For any question or request, write to contact@acs-invest.com.

What we collect

Only what you enter in the enquiry form: your name, your email address, your phone number, the area you are interested in, and your message. We ask for nothing else. The site sets no advertising cookies; the audience measurement cookies, set only if you accept them, are described below.

If you write to us through the WhatsApp button, the conversation takes place on WhatsApp and is also subject to Meta’s own privacy terms.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, to send you the documentation you ask for, and to keep track of our exchange if the conversation continues. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising. The legal basis is your consent, given when you tick the box before sending the form.

Who processes it

Your submission is stored in our internal lead tracker, hosted on our own server at OVH. Google Workspace holds the underlying spreadsheet and our professional mailboxes, and Brevo sends the internal notification that alerts our team to a new enquiry. No other tool receives this data, and it is never passed to the developers of the projects unless you ask us to introduce you.

How long we keep it

Three years from our last exchange, after which the record is deleted. If you ask us to delete it earlier, we do so.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to contact@acs-invest.com and we will answer within thirty days.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to the lead tracker is restricted to the ACS team and protected by authentication.

Audience measurement and third-party content

We use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, to count visits and see which pages are read. It only loads if you click Accept on the cookie banner: until then, or if you decline, no Analytics cookie is set and nothing is sent to Google. Once accepted, it sets two cookies in your browser, _ga and _ga_C9LG5NRR1F, which last up to two years and let Google recognise a returning browser without identifying you by name. Google receives the address of the page viewed, the site you came from, your approximate location, and the type of device and browser you use. Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses. Detailed visit data is kept in our Google Analytics account for fourteen months at most, and may be processed by Google outside the United Arab Emirates, including in the United States.

You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page; declining removes these cookies. You can also block or delete them in your browser settings, or install the opt-out add-on offered by Google at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The site works the same way without them.

Typefaces are hosted on our own server: displaying a page sends no request to Google Fonts or any other font service.

Governing framework

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Federal Decree-Law on the Protection of Personal Data of the United Arab Emirates.
